Smart Thermostats. ComEd agrees to work with other utilities and stakeholders toward development of a single rebate application, instant discount or midstream smart thermostat offering for implementation by January 1, 2019. ComEd will review on an annual basis whether adjustment of incentive levels is appropriate during the Plan to ensure that incentive levels reflect the efficient use of program dollars and needed customer inducements.

The Companies shall review on an annual basis whether adjustment of incentive levels is appropriate during the Plan to ensure that incentive levels reflect the efficient use of program dollars and needed customer inducements.
Smart Thermostats. Nicor Gas shall increase smart thermostat participation to a minimum of 20,940 per year. In the event that demand for participation in smart thermostat retail rebate program is greater than Nicor Gas’ PY7-9 Plan budget anticipates, Nicor Gas will ensure that higher demand is served through (1) mid-Plan reallocation of budgetary resources from either its portfolio administration budget and/or budget for other programs (excluding its moderate income single family and multifamily program budgets), and/or
Smart Thermostats i. North Shore and Peoples Gas shall budget for smart thermostats in the following amounts with the expected participation indicated in the table below.   • NETWORK INTERCONNECTION METHODS 64.1 This Section sets forth the terms and conditions for Network Interconnection Methods (NIMs) provided between CenturyLink and CLEC for the Interconnection Facilities established between the Parties’ networks. Additionally, this Section describes the physical architecture for the Interconnection of the Parties’ facilities and equipment required for the transmission and routing of Local Traffic, ISP-Bound Traffic, IntraLATA LEC Toll Traffic, VoIP-PSTN Traffic, Transit Traffic and Jointly Provided Switched Access Service Traffic.

  • Switching All of the negotiated rates, terms and conditions set forth in this Section pertain to the provision of local and tandem switching.

  • Telemetry The Meters shall be capable of sending meter telemetry data, and Seller shall provide Buyer with simultaneous access to such data at no additional cost to Buyer.
