Snow Storage. Any portion of the lands which is intended to be used for snow storage shall be shown on the approved Site Plan or as otherwise approved by the General Manager, Planning and Growth Management. The Grading and Drainage Plan shall not be compromised by the storage of snow. Snow storage areas shall be setback from property lines, foundations, fencing or landscaping a minimum of 1.5 metres. Snow storage areas shall not occupy driveways, aisles, required parking spaces or any portion of a road allowance.
Snow Storage. In the event there is inadequate space on the Subject Property for snow storage, whether it be at the onset of the season or as the season progresses, the Customer(s) agree to allow the Contractor to use space on the edges of the driveway or to make alternative arrangements for snow storage with an adjoining neighbour.

Catch Basins (per Town Subdivision standards) should be used instead of area drains for cleaning and maintenance. Snow Storage. Collecting, hauling, and storing snow is expensive, requires special equipment, is labor intensive, and interferes with traffic while it is being performed. As such, snow will only be hauled and stored elsewhere when it is necessary to keep a road reasonably open and passable. If snow is hauled, it will only be stored on public land or on private property with the expressed written permission of the owners. To the extent possible, when snow con- taining salt is hauled it will be stored away from public waters.
Snow Storage. All removed snow and ice shall be stored at the Development or transported to a legal off-site snow storage area. At no time shall snow or ice removed from the Development be placed, stored, or allowed to remain on the Premises, Town Right-of-Way, or other unauthorized Town property. If Developer causes snow and ice to be stored on the Premises, Town Right-of-Way, or other unauthorized Town property, the Town may immediately cause such snow and ice to be removed at the Developer’s sole cost and expense. In such event, Developer shall reimburse the Town within thirty (30) days of written demand for payment thereof.
Snow Storage. The district agrees to provide space for snow storage at no cost to Fraser at the Fraser Valley Sports Complex. Fraser agrees to clean and re-grade the parking area each spring. The public works director and parks and athletics manager will identify storage area to be used.
Snow Storage. Any Easements for access, ingress and egress shall include the right to plow and store snow and ice within and adjacent to the applicable Easement Areas. The Owners shall also have the right to store snow and ice in the areas of the Benefited Property that are adjacent to Xxxxxxxxx Drive.

Grantor acknowledges and agrees that, provided Grantee uses reasonable snow plowing techniques, Grantor hereby grants an additional easement anywhere within the CR 5 ROW for storage for snow plowed from the Road, so long as such storage does not interfere with MMRT use.
Snow Storage. Landlord reserves the right to utilize a portion of the gravel parking lot in the Southeast corner of the Land for the storage of snow. The specific portion of the parking lot to be used for snow storage shall be subject to Tenant’s written approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned, or delayed. Landlord shall be responsible for all costs and expenses associated with the storage of the snow. Landlord shall promptly clean all trash and debris from the snow storage area as the snow pile melts. Landlord shall promptly grade and level the parking lot after the snow pile melts, and shall add gravel to the parking lot as reasonably necessary.
Snow Storage. During periods of heavy snow accumulation the storage of plowed snow may substantially constrain vehicle movements and reduce available parking.
