Grading and Drainage Plan definition

Grading and Drainage Plan shall refer to the Grading and Drainage Plan provided by the Engineering Department of the City of Kawartha Lakes.
Grading and Drainage Plan means a plan containing any or all of the matters and activities described in Section 5.7 of this By-law.
Grading and Drainage Plan and “GDCC” means a drawing or drawings pursuant to Section 6 of this By-law, that details the Site Engineering to the satisfaction of the Director;

Grading and Drainage Plan means a plan showing (a) the existing and proposed drainage pattern on the Lands and all lands adjacent to the Lands; (b) the direction of all surface drainage, including water from adjacent land originally flowing through, into or over the Lands to the municipal storm sewer system or any other outlet approved by the Director; and (c) overland flow routes.
