SOAP Communication. ‌ Fully and partially unmatched SOAP-eligible applicants must submit applications or other materials pertaining to the application using the ERAS® system. Programs may not initiate or accept any verbal, written, or electronic communication from SOAP-eligible applicants nor their representatives until they have received that individual’s application. Until and unless the program contacts the applicant or the applicant’s representative, applicants may not initiate communication to the program. SOAP-participating programs receiving communication from an applicant to whom they have not communicated must report the communication to xxxxxx@xxxx.xxx.
