Social Activities Center. A social activities center of approximately 11,841 square feet (the “Social Activities Center”) at the ground floor along the main entry to the residences. The Social Activities Center will include a “Great Room” for events, a warming kitchen, and other activity and meeting spaces for small scale programs and services. Developer shall coordinate with community organizations and governmental agencies for services and programs to be provided or that may be permitted at the Social Activities Center. The Social Activities Center must be open to the public and service the surrounding neighborhood, of which at least fifty-one percent (51%) of the residents are low and moderate income persons according to applicable United States census data. The surrounding neighborhood, consisting of Census Tracts 40, 42, 51, and 52, and having an estimated low- and moderate income resident percentage of 62.31% based on data from the 2006-2010 American Community Survey, is more particularly described on Exhibit D attached hereto (the “Low and Moderate Income Area”). Accordingly, the Social Activities Center shall be used for an eligible CDBG-assisted activity and meet the CDBG national objective described in 24 CFR §570.208(a)(1), an activity, the benefits of which are available to all the residents in a particular area, where at least fifty one percent (51%) of the residents are low and moderate income persons.

  • Political Activity Prohibited a. None of the funds, materials, property or services provided directly or indirectly under this contract shall be used for partisan political activity.

  • Other Activities/Renovations A. The Contractor acknowledges its responsibility to assure the Judicial Council’s quiet enjoyment of the Program and to provide the full service level of the Property for the Program, free from outside distractions, disturbances, and/or interruptions. The Contractor shall avoid assigning any rooms to the Judicial Council or the Attendees during the Program which are adjacent to or across from any group or activity that may generate noise or other distractions, such as construction or other conduct, sufficient to detract from quiet enjoyment of the Program on the Property.

  • Plagiarism The appropriation of another person's ideas, processes, results, or words without giving appropriate credit.

  • Commercial Activities Neither Contractor nor its employees shall establish any commercial activity or issue concessions or permits of any kind to Third Parties for establishing commercial activities on the Site or any other lands owned or controlled by Owner.

  • Social Services For Applicants residing in a state NB is licensed, NB will conduct the home study and post-placement services. If the Applicant resides outside of NB's service area, NB, in cooperation with the Applicant, will select a Local Home Study Agency to conduct direct social services. The Applicant understands and consents to the professional exchange of their information between NB and the local home study agency.

  • Industrial Relations 4.1 The Unions agree that, provided the provisions of this Agreement are implemented, no stoppage of work shall occur.
