Social Insurance Number. You authorize the Bank to provide your social insurance number to the tax authorities, when required by law, in particular for reporting of income or the determination of residency status for income tax purposes. The Bank may also use your social insurance number for identification or data consolidation purposes. You may refuse usage for these purposes without the Bank refusing to provide you with the products and services described herein if you are entitled to them.
