Society Dissolves Job Share Arrangement. If, in the opinion of the Society, a job sharing arrangement is not meeting service needs, it shall be dissolved. A notice period of up to 8 weeks will be given to the job sharers and the Union, and both incumbents will be placed in a lay off position.
