Software Package definition

Software Package means any HPS software product developed for the specific functional release of
Software Package means the Software and any support materials licensed by the Licensor and any developments on it done by the Licensor, including but not limited to manuals, flow charts and specifications relating to the Software as well, as described in Annex A.
Software Package means the combination of Software functionality and maximum acti- vity levels permitted. Each Software Package attracts an individual Fee as defined in Schedule A;

Examples of Software Package in a sentence

  • Subject to compliance with the terms of this licence, the Licensor grants the User a personal, non- exclusive and royalty-free licence to Use the Software and Software Package.

  • Package is not sold to User who shall not acquire any right, title or interest (including without limitation copyright or other right in the nature of copyright or any other intellectual property right whatsoever) in the Software and Software Package, which shall remain the sole property of the Licensor.

  • Should any third party infringe the copyright of the Licensor or any intellectual or industrial property rights related to the Software and Software Package, the User shall forthwith notify to the Licensor any such infringements and the Licensor may prosecute by law the infringer(s).

  • Third-party proprietary software necessary for the functioning of the Software is distributed in bundle with the Software Package.

  • You may, however transfer all your rights to Use the Software and the Software Package to a third party under the strict condition that you also transfer this licence and the Software including the full content of the Software Package.


More Definitions of Software Package

Software Package means the databases SafetyEasy PV, SafetyEasy MD, SafetyEasy MI, COSMETHICS on a SaaS mode with web access performed and delivered by the Service Provider, and the services offered on a subscription by the Reseller. Software Package shall also mean the iTAP tool on a SaaS mode, whenever You subscribe to it independently. The Software Package includes the Basic Services hereby detailed under Section 1 of these Terms and Conditions. The specific Order shall include to which extent those services will be rendered by either the Reseller or the Service Provider.
Software Package means the software programs named WAsP, WAsP Engineering and Windfarm Assessment Tool:
Software Package means the software, database and additional services provided by the SERVICE
Software Package means the subset of the TruOI Software licensed to the Licensee and defined by the Order Form which, without limitation, may establish the definitions of any of the following terms utilized in this Agreement: User, Maximum Number of Users, Viewers, Maximum Number of Servers of Licensee’s Network, Maximum Number of CPUs or their equivalent terms, which shall be incorporated by reference to this Agreement.
Software Package means the application package ordered by the user in the Raynet online shop "Package Store". Application package in this case means the third-party software packaged by Xxxxxx on the order of the user.
Software Package means the Software, related documentation, and the DPI DEMO LIB package, or any part thereof, as the context requires.
Software Package means the design, development and implementation of the NeXTSTEP software to be developed for CCSI pursuant to the efforts undertaken by PENCOM as set forth in Section 2 and shall include all Pre-Existing Software used therein.
