Software Maintenance Fee. 4.3.1 During the Term, MedQuist will use reasonable commercial efforts to sell its End Users a software maintenance agreement (an “SMA”). Such SMA will provide that the subscribing End User will obtain, directly from MedQuist:
Software Maintenance Fee. Next 1 shall pay an annual Software maintenance fee of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000). This fee shall be paid at the beginning of the maintenance period, which begins when the purchase price is paid. The annual payment shall be prorated and made in monthly installments. If the functionality of the software significantly changes, the software maintenance fee shall be adjusted proportionally.
Software Maintenance Fee. The Annual Software Maintenance fee equals 20% of the total Software License Fee provided in paragraph five (5) above.
Software Maintenance Fee. This section only applies if you purchased your terminal(s) from EFTPOS New Zealand and you process transactions over the Verifone Network.
Software Maintenance Fee. You must pay to PJUSA a monthly software maintenance fee (“Software Maintenance Fee”). This Software Maintenance Fee includes software maintenance, research and development, upgrades and enhancements and installation media, if any, that we adopt, require or provide. Installation on the Information System, if required, will be charged as described in Section 10.(c)(iv).
Software Maintenance Fee. 15.1. During the Term, Vendor shall provide Customer with software maintenance (“Software Maintenance”) to the Program at no additional cost, which shall include time-unrestricted access to support content provided via Vendor’s web pages, Updates, and all standard corrections and Bug-fixes that become generally available for the version of the Program licensed.
15.2. Software Support must be purchased separately and is not considered part of Software Maintenance.
Software Maintenance Fee. 6.2.3.1 Per Month / Per 1st Terminal ID *********** This fee includes 24x7 1-800 Support and monthly file residency on VITAL’s MMS platform.
Software Maintenance Fee. In consideration of payment for the Consulting Service (Consulting Service Fee), the annual Software maintenance fee in the amount of Fifteen Thousand and no/100 Dollars ($15,000) will not be assessed by Power to the Licensee.
Software Maintenance Fee. Maintenance Fees are subject to change at the beginning of each one year term. Notice of fee changes will be sent to Customer with subscription renewal notices.
Software Maintenance Fee. The “Software Maintenance Fee”, if applicable for the “Licensed Software” on the “Environment”, is the uninterrupted, nonrefundable annual fee which is due to “ID” to cover the “Software Maintenance” for the coming year and which is based on the current maintenance percentage of the current “Environment” dependent “Software License Fee”, for the “Licensed Software” on “Licensee’s” current “Environment” at time of renewal, unless otherwise specified on the “Software License Certificate”. The “Software Maintenance Fee” shall be paid separately at the time of purchase. The annual Software Maintenance period starts after the expiration of “Warranty Period”.
