Common use of SOILED OR DAMAGED CLOTHING Clause in Contracts

SOILED OR DAMAGED CLOTHING. Civilian members whose clothing becomes unusually soiled as a result of the performance of their duties may apply for reimbursement in accordance with Service Directive SICK BANK Members will receive a statement of their Sick Bank status on or around June 30th and December each year. The Chief of Police will direct that Unit Commanders have available on or around June 30th and December a sick leave record of each member in the Unit so that members may reconcile their Sick Bank Status Statements.
