Spare Parts and Tools. After completion of the Works and during the specified maintenance period the Contractor shall be responsible for the supply and installation at the fixed time recommended by the manufacturers of all spare parts and components, required for the ideal running of all engineering services installation. The contractor will be responsible to provide the list of recommended spare parts for all equipment used in the project and to provide such spare parts for two years after the maintenance period.
