Available assigned operators in seniority order who can complete the assignment without missing their next regular assigned shift and can guarantee he/she will meet MTO rest requirements. In applying this Article, service will be allotted in accordance with Article 10.3. Note: all operators will be called for assignments on both home and company cell phone.
