Common use of Special Early Allowance Clause in Contracts

Special Early Allowance. The special early allowance shall be payable for employees age 55 with 30 or more years of service as follows: February 1, 2016 $2000.00 per month February 1, 2017 $2000.00 per month February 1, 2018 $2000.00 per month The calculation of this benefit shall be deemed to include the supplementary benefit without regard to any statutory benefits and is payable to age 60.
