Special Education Positions. Unit members assigned to special education positions shall receive additional compensation equivalent to 7 additional days of work, based on their per diem salary, prorated for less than full time employment. These stipends for these days are not subject to the STRS Defined Benefit Plan. The parties will review this item annually to determine if it continues to be appropriate.
