Common use of Special Education Resource Teachers Clause in Contracts

Special Education Resource Teachers. Special education resource teachers shall be defined as those teachers assigned to programs 1.16, 1.17 and 1.18 by School Districts on Ministry form 1530, September 1997. Effective July 1, 1998, special education resource teachers shall be provided on a minimum pro-rated basis of at least one special education resource teacher to three hundred forty-two (342) students.
