Special Education Resource Teachers. The following staff requirements shall be assigned as of October 15: Each school shall have assigned a 1.0 FTE Special Education Resource Teacher for the first 92 IPRC + IEP only students or part thereof, plus 0.167 FTE Special Education Resource Teacher for each additional 18 IPRC + IEP only students or part thereof. These identified students shall exclude the SCC-DD students in the school. Notwithstanding the formula, there shall be no fewer than eight (8) Special Education Resource periods/sections assigned to each school.
