Special Events Officer. During the delivery of special events, Article 14:01 shall not apply, rather, Employees in the classification of Special Events Officer will work seven (7) consecutive hours per day for five (5) days per pay week between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 a.m. with a one (1) hour unpaid lunch allotted therein making a thirty-five (35) hour work week. Article 14:03(3) (work on Saturday), Article 14:03(4) (work on Sunday), and Article 14:05 (Shift Differentials) shall not apply. Rather, the Special Events Officer shall receive a Sunday Shift Differential of TWO DOLLARS AND THIRTY-TWO ($2.32) CENTS for Sunday regular hours of work. The Sunday Differential set out in this Article shall not apply when overtime or premium rates apply. It is understood that the incumbent will receive eleven (11) hours free from work in each day. Effective October 1st, 2013, the Sunday Shift Differential will increase by One ($0.01) Cent to TWO DOLLARS AND THIRTY-THREE CENTS ($2.33). Effective April 1st, 2014, the Sunday Shift Differential will increase by Two ($0.02) Cents to TWO DOLLARS AND THIRTY-FIVE CENTS ($2.35). Effective October 1st, 2014, the Sunday Shift Differential will increase by Two ($0.02) Cents to TWO DOLLARS AND THIRTY-SEVEN CENTS ($2.37). Effective April 1st, 2015, the Sunday Shift Differential will increase by Two ($0.02) Cents to TWO DOLLARS AND THIRTY-NINE CENTS ($2.39). Effective October 1st, 2015, the Sunday Shift Differential will increase by Two ($0.02) Cents to TWO DOLLARS AND FORTY-ONE CENTS ($2.41).

Effective April 1st, 2012, the Sunday Shift Differential will increase by Five ($0.05) Cents to TWO DOLLARS AND THIRTY CENTS ($2.30).

  • Special Events During the Term of the Agreement, the Concessionaire may schedule events for dates up to 12 months after the Agreement’s end date. For all events scheduled during the 12-month post-agreement period, the Concessionaire will provide a copy of the original event contract to the Department. All special event contracts for events after the Agreement’s end date must provide notice that the contract may be assigned to another concessionaire at the Department’s request. The Department may either issue a permit authorizing the Concessionaire to fulfill these event obligations or require the Concessionaire to assign the contracts and deposits to another concessionaire. In the event of a cancellation, the Concessionaire will not pursue or accept a replacement date or event, unless the Department’s Agreement Manager gives written pre-approval. After the Agreement’s end date, the Concessionaire will not schedule any additional events or reschedule existing events.

  • Notice of Events of Default The Issuer shall give a Responsible Officer of the Indenture Trustee and each Rating Agency prompt written notice of each Event of Default hereunder and each default on the part of the Servicer or the Seller of its obligations under the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
