Notwithstanding the provisions of Sections 4.108 (Regular Hours of Work) and 4.113 (Overtime) of the Los Angeles Administrative Code to the contrary, employees in this Unit who are employed in the Police Department shall have a work schedule consisting of twenty (20) days of work in each twenty-eight (28) day deployment period.
