Special Leave Considerations. Efforts will be made to give special consideration in terms of either Sabbatical Leave or Leave of Absence without pay to faculty members who, due to enrollment difficulties, program obsolescence, or financial exigency, are threatened with reduction-in-force and wish to retrain for another position currently available or planned to be available at the College.
