Special Licenses and License Renewal. When the Employer or the appropriate licensing body requires an employee to obtain a certification or specialized license due to changed requirements of the employee's position, or to renew a license requiring recurrent certification, the employee shall be permitted appropriate time off with pay and with expenses to meet the requirements of such certification or special license.
