SPECIAL SERVICES BY COUNTY. 2 1. At the request of DISTRICT, SHERIFF, in SHERIFF’s sole discretion, may 3 provide investigation services for certain functions, conducted on or around 4 FAIRGROUNDS. SHERIFF shall determine personnel and equipment 5 needed for such special services.

SHERIFF shall determine personnel and equipment needed 5 for such special services. 6 If such services are in addition to the services set forth in Section C of this 7 Agreement and are provided by SHERIFF at an additional cost to municipal 8 recipients, DISTRICT shall reimburse COUNTY for such services at an amount 9 computed by SHERIFF. 10 2. Between scheduled events, SHERIFF shall not provide security or routine 11 patrol services on FAIRGROUNDS property, but will respond to any calls for 12 assistance at the FAIRGROUNDS property from FAIRGROUNDS security 13 personnel or other persons. These services will be provided by SHERIFF at an 14 additional cost to DISTRICT. DISTRICT shall reimburse COUNTY for such 15 additional services at an amount computed by SHERIFF. 16 3. SHERIFF shall invoice DISTRICT immediately after each said special 17 service is completed.

The 7 type, time and place of said services shall be agreed upon by SHERIFF and 8 EXECUTIVE OFFICER. SHERIFF shall determine personnel and 9 equipment needed for such services, and shall provide an initial estimate of 10 personnel and equipment costs to AUTHORITY. If such services are in 11 addition to the level of services listed in Subarticle 3-D of this Agreement, 12 AUTHORITY shall reimburse COUNTY for such services at an amount 13 computed by SHERIFF, based upon the most current COUNTY law 14 enforcement cost study. SHERIFF shall bill AUTHORITY immediately after 15 said special services are terminated. 16 B. The SHERIFF will provide threeone (3) canines for bomb detection services.

Such cost shall be included in the 2 maximum cumulative payment obligation as provided in Subarticle 7-C. 3 C. In accordance with Subarticle 4-A, SHERIFF will provide enhanced patrol, 4 security, or other law enforcement services using specialized resources 5 including, but not limited to, the Mounted Enforcement Unit to property 6 owned by the AUTHORITY and as identified in Attachment E and which 7 may be amended from time to time. Authorization for amendment of the 8 attachment is provided in Subarticle 11-B. Such cost shall be included in the 9 maximum cumulative payment obligation as provided in Subarticle 7-C.

  • REGULAR SERVICES BY COUNTY 23 1. COUNTY, through its Sheriff-Coroner and deputies, officers and employees, 24 hereinafter referred to as “SHERIFF”, shall render to CITY law enforcement 25 services as hereinafter provided. Such services shall include the 26 enforcement of lawful State statutes and lawful municipal ordinances of 27 CITY other than licensing ordinances.

  • ENHANCED AND SUPPLEMENTAL SERVICES BY COUNTY (Continued) 2 ongoing services that SHERIFF otherwise would provide to CITY pursuant to 3 this Agreement. Such supplemental services shall be provided only by 4 regularly appointed full-time peace officers, at rates of pay governed by a 5 Memorandum of Understanding between COUNTY and the bargaining unit 6 representing the peace officers providing the services. Such supplemental 7 services shall include only law enforcement duties and shall not include 8 services authorized to be provided by a private patrol operator, as defined in 9 Section 7582.1 of the Business and Professions Code. Law enforcement 10 support functions, including, but not limited to, clerical functions and forensic 11 science services, may be performed by non-peace officer personnel if the 12 services do not involve patrol or keeping the peace and are incidental to the 13 provision of law enforcement services. CITY shall reimburse COUNTY its 14 full, actual costs of providing such supplemental services at an amount 15 computed by SHERIFF, based on the current year's COUNTY law 16 enforcement cost study. The cost of these supplemental services shall be in 17 addition to the Maximum Obligation of CITY set forth in Subsection G-2 of 18 this Agreement.   • Assistance by COUNTY STAFF 1.3.1. County shall assign an appropriate staff member to work with A-E in connection with the work of this Contract. Said staff member's duties will consist of the giving of advice and consultations, assisting A-E in negotiations with other public agencies and private parties, miscellaneous items which in the judgment of A-E or County's staff warrant attention, and all other duties as may be described in Attachment A. 1.3.2. All of the above activities, however, shall be the primary responsibility of A-E to schedule, initiate and carry through to completion.

  • SERVICES BY CONSULTANT The Consultant shall provide the professional services as defined in this Agreement and as necessary to accomplish the scope of services attached hereto as Attachment B and incorporated herein by this reference as if set forth in full. The Consultant shall furnish all services, labor, and related equipment to conduct and complete the work, except as specifically noted otherwise in this Agreement.

  • Special Services Should the Trust have occasion to request the Adviser to perform services not herein contemplated or to request the Adviser to arrange for the services of others, the Adviser will act for the Trust on behalf of the Fund upon request to the best of its ability, with compensation for the Adviser's services to be agreed upon with respect to each such occasion as it arises.

  • Janitorial Services Tenant will not employ any person for the purpose of cleaning the Premises or permit any person to enter the Building for such purpose other than Landlord's janitorial service, except with Landlord's prior written consent. Tenant will not necessitate, and will be liable for the cost of, any undue amount of janitorial labor by reason of Tenant's carelessness in or indifference to the preservation of good order and cleanliness in the Premises. Janitorial service will not be furnished to areas in the Premises on nights when such areas are occupied after 9:30 p.m., unless such service is extended by written agreement to a later hour in specifically designated areas of the Premises.

  • SCOPE OF ARCHITECT’S BASIC SERVICES 3.1 The Architect’s Basic Services consist of those described in this Article 3 and include usual and customary structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering services. Services not set forth in this Article 3 are Supplemental or Additional Services. § 3.1.1 The Architect shall manage the Architect’s services, research applicable design criteria, attend Project meetings, communicate with members of the Project team, and report progress to the Owner. § 3.1.2 The Architect shall coordinate its services with those services provided by the Owner and the Owner’s consultants. The Architect shall be entitled to rely on, and shall not be responsible for, the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of, services and information furnished by the Owner and the Owner’s consultants. The Architect shall provide prompt written notice to the Owner if the Architect becomes aware of any error, omission, or inconsistency in such services or information. § 3.1.3 As soon as practicable after the date of this Agreement, the Architect shall submit for the Owner’s approval a schedule for the performance of the Architect’s services. The schedule initially shall include anticipated dates for the commencement of construction and for Substantial Completion of the Work as set forth in the Initial Information. The schedule shall include allowances for periods of time required for the Owner’s review, for the performance of the Owner’s consultants, and for approval of submissions by authorities having jurisdiction over the Project. Once approved by the Owner, time limits established by the schedule shall not, except for reasonable cause, be exceeded by the Architect or Owner. With the Owner’s approval, the Architect shall adjust the schedule, if necessary, as the Project proceeds until the commencement of construction. § 3.1.4 The Architect shall not be responsible for an Owner’s directive or substitution, or for the Owner’s acceptance of non-conforming Work, made or given without the Architect’s written approval. § 3.1.5 The Architect shall contact governmental authorities required to approve the Construction Documents and entities providing utility services to the Project. The Architect shall respond to applicable design requirements imposed by those authorities and entities. § 3.1.6 The Architect shall assist the Owner in connection with the Owner’s responsibility for filing documents required for the approval of governmental authorities having jurisdiction over the Project.

  • Custodial Services The charges and expenses of the custodian appointed by the Trust for custodial services;

  • Supplemental Services 4.1.1 The services listed below are not included in Basic Services but may be required for the Project. The Architect shall provide the listed Supplemental Services only if specifically designated in the table below as the Architect’s responsibility, and the Owner shall compensate the Architect as provided in Section 11.2. Unless otherwise specifically addressed in this Agreement, if neither the Owner nor the Architect is designated, the parties agree that the listed Supplemental Service is not being provided for the Project.

  • ELECTRICAL SERVICES The Company must construct and reticulate electrical requirements for all amenities and facilities. The Company must construct sub-station and distribution boards necessary to reticulate power to all Company owned or leased facilities which provide amenities to the public. The electrical installation must be to the design and installation standards of the State Energy Commission of Western Australia. All electrical reticulation must be placed underground.
