Special Sick Leave Bank. By mutual agreement of the Superintendent of Schools and the President of the Association, Employees periodically will be asked to voluntarily transfer one (1) day of their accumulated sick leave to a Special Sick Leave Bank to be administered by the Association in accordance with the following:
