SPECIAL WAGE POLICIES. 8.01 For factory injuries requiring first aid or outside medical attention, payment shall be allowed for the remainder of the normal shift hours during which the accident occurred or until the employee returns to work, whichever is the sooner, at the employee's base rate plus shift premium where applicable.
