The organisations agree that technical work functions in connec- tion with the normal work areas of this Plumbing Collective Agreement are covered by this Plumbing Collective Agreement in relation to initial and continuing training in the plumbing industry’s areas. To the extent that it is necessary to adapt pay and working condi- tions, the organisations may commence negotiations on such ad- aptation. The provision is not aimed towards employment terms as super- visors and trusted permanent employees.
