The infomnation and data provided in the original Application submitted by the PERFORMING PARTY may have been altered after submittal to the TCEQ, to ensure that the information in the Grant Agreement is accurate. The PERFORMING PARTY has reviewed the Scope of Work and, by signing this Agreement, ratifies, adopts, and agrees to all such alterations.

  • Adverse Weather Conditions Except in emergency conditions, the Employer shall not require an employee to work outside under extreme weather conditions.

  • Service Conditions Customer acknowledges that in the event of a service issue, Customer is responsible for on-site cooperative testing with LightEdge Technical Support to assist in the diagnosis of the trouble.   • GENERAL WORKING CONDITIONS The District has empowered school communities to make decisions at the school level in return for accountability for results. To maximize the likelihood of success, each school must be permitted to implement programs that meet the needs of its students and community. Through a school-based decision-making process, each school will define the staff working conditions necessary for student success. School leadership teams will create and publish annual “school operational plans” which will outline working conditions of staff in the building. Such operational plans will be subject to the Superintendent’s review and approval.
