Specific Stipulations. All transfer students will need to satisfy Dominican’s General Education Curriculum requirements, which include components in (I) General Skills, (II) Roots of Contemporary Life and Culture, (IIIA) Science, and (IIIB) Values. These requirements, and the SUNY Rockland courses that may be used to meet them, are outlined on the attached pages. Note: all transfer students are required to complete an English Competency exam regardless of the number of Writing courses completed at SUNY Rockland or elsewhere. Students not successful on the exam are provided additional support at Dominican through the required course Eng. 15, Advanced Writing.

  • Judgments and Attachments Any money judgment, writ or warrant of attachment or similar process involving (i) in any individual case an amount in excess of $500,000 or (ii) in the aggregate at any time an amount in excess of $1,000,000 (in either case, to the extent not adequately covered by insurance as to which a solvent and unaffiliated insurance company has acknowledged coverage) shall be entered or filed against any Loan Party or any of their respective assets and shall remain undischarged, unvacated, unbonded or unstayed for a period of sixty (60) days (or in any event later than five (5) days prior to the date of any proposed sale thereunder); or
