Speech-Language Pathologists. An annual salary will be paid to full-time Speech Language Pathologists who work on a school year basis. The School Board may schedule hours of work and work schedules and determine duties in the same manner as provided to the School Board vis-à-vis teachers under the School Act. The annualized salary includes all payments (including statutory holidays, vacation, .65%, overtime, gratuity, cartage, etc.). Deductions for unpaid absences will be the same as the calculation used for unpaid absent teachers. The Master’s scale applies to Speech Language Pathologists who have a Master’s in Speech Language Pathology that is equivalent to that obtained at the University of British Columbia.
