Common use of Speech-Language Pathologists Clause in Contracts

Speech-Language Pathologists. 21 22 It is agreed that the professional duties of employees require both on-site 23 and off-site hours of work, that the varying nature of such professional 24 duties may not lend itself to a total maximum daily work time of definite or 25 uniform length, and that such duties are normally expected to involve no 26 fewer than eight (8) hours of total effort each workday for both classroom 27 and non-classroom employees. 28 29 The Preschool SLP caseload shall be as stipulated in Education Code 30 56441.7. The District and the Association will review caseloads four (4) 31 times per school year.
