Common use of Split Shift Differential - Compensation Clause in Contracts

Split Shift Differential - Compensation. All employees whose regularly assigned shift contains one or more periods of unpaid time which exceeds ninety (90) minutes shall be paid a shift differential premium of seven (7%) above the regular rate of pay for all hours worked.
