Sponsors’ Rights. Services the Recipient will provide in return for sponsorship. The Recipient agrees to provide a representative to the Sponsor, if they so wish, to report back and ensuring the terms of the agreement are fulfilled. Upon expiry of term on this agreement, shall return all advertising material and agree to discontinue using the sponsor’s logo if applicable.

Sponsors’ Rights. 3.1. In return for the Sponsorship Offer laid out in point 2, the Recipient shall provide the Sponsors with the following benefits:  Post images and results from all matches played on social media.  Tag @roundersengland, @aressonsports and @IPROSPORTS #weareallrounders in all social media posts requested below.  All team members to follow Rounders England, Aresson and iProSports on social media channels during term of sponsorship.  Engage (like, share, comment or retweet) with Rounders England, Aresson and iProSports social media campaigns.  Complete various tasks at start of the sponsorship period including team photos with new equipment as well as any additional tasks communicated by the sponsors during the term of the sponsorship.  Appoint a team member responsible for posting social media content and liaising with Sponsorship coordinator, Xxxxx Xxxx at Rounders England.  Promotional material from the Sponsors may be distributed by the recipient at any specific events, selected by the Sponsors, that the recipient is partaking in.  At matches players must play with Aresson bats and balls during the 2019 rounders season.
Sponsors’ Rights. 1. The sponsor is entitled to be mentioned as a financial supporter in possible publications belonging to MED UNI GRAZ or to an employee of MED UNI GRAZ concerning the event.

Sponsors’ Rights. Any concepts, know-how, ideas, innovations, inventions, discoveries, data, designs, technology and improvements, whether or not protectable under patent, copyright, trade secrecy or similar laws (collectively, “Intellectual Property”), and conceived of and/or reduced to practice by Investigator or any Institution personnel whether alone or jointly with others, including but not limited to Sponsor’s personnel, during the course of the Study or otherwise as a result of the services performed under this Agreement which constitutes a new use, modification, enhancement or improvement to the Study Product, shall be owned solely by Sponsor. The Intellectual Property described in the preceding sentence is defined herein collectively as “Sponsor’s Rights.” The Institution hereby assigns, and shall ensure that the Investigator and the other Institution personnel will assign, to Sponsor the entire right, title and interest they may have in and to any and all Sponsor’s Rights and they will execute and deliver all agreements or instruments deemed reasonably necessary to effectuate any assignment of right at the expense of Sponsor.

The recipient agrees to provide a representative to the Sponsor, if they so wish, to report back and ensuring the terms of the agreement are fulfilled. The sponsor may require a clause about ensuring they are the main sponsor and will enjoy full benefits of the contract and no other 3rd party. This is up to you to decipher. Some sponsor’s like a report that includes all documentation sent out by the recipient (your society). This is, again, up to you to decide whether you want to bring this to their attention. The Sponsor’s Obligations In exercising the said rights and licences, the Sponsor shall, subject to receiving appropriate invoices, pay the recipient the Sponsorship fee when the same falls due for payment as set out in Clause 2.
