Spousal Travel Sample Clauses

Spousal Travel. The Executive may upon prior approval of the Chief Executive Officer (or the Executive’s direct supervisor if not the Chief Executive Officer) or his or her designee arrange for his spouse or domestic partner to accompany him on up to two (2) business related travel itineraries per fiscal year, on a reasonable basis, at Company expense. Any reimbursement for such travel shall require presentation of proper expense statements or vouchers or such other supporting information as the Company may reasonably require of the Executive, in accordance with the timeframe described in Section 5(b). The Executive acknowledges that participation in this program will result in the receipt by him of additional taxable income.

Spousal Travel. The Company shall pay for Executive's spouse to travel -------------- with him, both domestically and internationally, for any trips where Executive will be away from home for four or more consecutive days provided that Executive ------------- receives prior approval for such spousal travel from the Chairman of the Board of Directors. This includes all necessary travel and accommodations. Notwithstanding, the total annual cost of such spousal travel is not to exceed Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000).

In addition, during each full year of employment, the Executive will be provided first class air fare for two round trips from New York to Paris and back to New York for himself, his wife and his children.
Spousal Travel. Company will reimburse Executive toward the airfare costs to permit Executive’s spouse the opportunity to travel to Phoenix, Arizona, twice, for the express purpose of finding a residence in connection with Executive’s move to the Phoenix, Arizona, metropolitan area. Reimbursement will be limited to two trips, and the reimbursable amount for each trip shall be a reasonable amount to be agreed upon by the Parties. Reimbursement under this Section 5(d)(iii)(4) shall be subject to the Company’s travel and reimbursement policies.
