Common use of Staff Development Clause in Contracts

Staff Development. a. The three (3) days or eighteen (18) hours of staff development shall be planned and scheduled by the school leadership team in the spring, in consultation with the school staff. At least six (6) of the eighteen (18) hours shall be scheduled prior to the start of the instructional year and no more than six (6) hours may be scheduled during the Thursday collaboration time. b.
