Common use of Staff Relief Differential Clause in Contracts

Staff Relief Differential. Employees assigned as staff relief will receive a six percent (6%) increase to their base pay in lieu of other penalty pay. Penalty pay, for purposes of this Agreement refers to overtime pursuant to Article 15 Section 3 and work out of classification compensation under Article 20 -

Staff Relief Differential. Employees assigned as staff relief will receive a six five percent (65%) increase to their base pay in lieu of other penalty pay. Penalty pay, for purposes of this Agreement refers to overtime pursuant to Article 15 Section 3 and work out of classification compensation under Article 20 -(Work Out of Class). Except for emergency situations or as mutually agreed, the employee assigned as staff relief will be given seven (7) days advance notice of shift and/or days off changes.
