Stage 1 Assistance. Subject to the provisions of this Section, Xxxxxxxxx agrees that in the event that the City participates in land assembly assistance in regard to the Commercial Parcels, which does not involve the acquisition of title to the Commercial Parcels, Developer and/or respective property owners shall participate in any such City land assembly assistance action by contributing an amount to be hereafter agreed to by Developer and City. In addition, Developer, as additional consideration, shall execute a recapture agreement for the amount expended by City which provides for twelve (12) annual payments of additional consideration, the first and second payments to be made on the first and second anniversary of this Agreement which occur after January 1, 2003, and the third through twelfth payment on each anniversary thereafter. The first and second payment, shall be in an amount equal to five percent (5%) and the third through twelfth in an amount equal to nine percent (9%) of the amount expended by the City of Clearwater, including attorney’s fees and costs, less the amount of real estate taxes paid in each year by the Project to the City of Clearwater in excess of the ad valorem taxes paid by the owners of the Project Site in the last year immediately preceding the effective Date of this Agreement, including real estate taxes paid to the City of Clearwater by purchasers of real estate products developed on the Project Site. (Annual Additional Consideration Payment = 5% (9%) of Excess Land Acquisition Costs less Annual Ad Valorem Taxes paid to City by Project in excess of ad valorem taxes paid to City in year before the Effective Date of this Agreement).

  • Study Assistance An employee who is approved by Australia Post as a student to undertake a course of study or a short course of instruction may be granted reimbursement in full or in part of fees incurred for the course.

  • Training Assistance (a) Employees shall be reimbursed for one hundred percent (100%) of the tuition for job-related courses approved by the Employer.

  • Peer Assistance and Review (PAR) Consulting Teachers (CT) will be assigned to all new teachers with no prior teaching experience and tenured teachers rated ineffective on the qualitative measures at the end of the previous school year and recommended by the PAR Panel. Evaluations for Probationary and Ineffective Teachers:

  • Transition Assistance If this Contract is not renewed at the end of this term, if the Contract is otherwise terminated before project completion, or if particular work on a project is terminated for any reason, Contractor shall provide transition assistance for a reasonable, mutually agreed period of time after the expiration or termination of this Contract or particular work under this Contract. The purpose of this assistance is to allow for the expired or terminated portion of the services to continue without interruption or adverse effect, and to facilitate the orderly transfer of such services to State or its designees. The parties agree that such transition assistance is governed by the terms and conditions of this Contract, except for those terms or conditions that do not reasonably apply to such transition assistance. State shall pay Contractor for any resources utilized in performing such transition assistance at the most current Contract rates. If State terminates a project or this Contract for cause, then State may offset the cost of paying Contractor for the additional resources Contractor utilized in providing transition assistance with any damages State may have sustained as a result of Contractor’s breach.

  • Mutual Assistance Each party shall assist the other in complying with all applicable requirements of the Data Protection Legislation. In particular, each party shall:

  • Technical Assistance The State agrees to provide technical assistance regarding the State’s rules, regulations and policies to the Sub- Recipient and to assist in the correction of problem areas identified by the State’s monitoring activities.

  • Peer Assistance Both new and experienced teachers benefit from professional support provided by other classroom teachers. For the purpose of this article, peer assistance describes activities planned and implemented by the Consulting Teacher in collaboration with the Participating Teacher and the supervising administrator. The activities shall be designed to strengthen the Participating Teacher’s skill and expertise in accordance with the California Standards for the Teaching Profession in the following areas: mastery of content, instructional skills and techniques, alignment to District approved goals and objectives, classroom management, planning and designing lessons for all children, assessment of student progress toward established standards, appropriate learning environment.

  • TUITION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM A. As part of the University policy to encourage staff members to further their formal education, the Tuition Assistance Program for Employees was established. Under the Tuition Assistance plan, qualified Employees will be issued vouchers which will enable them to register without paying tuition. (Incidental fees, however, must be paid by the Employee.)

  • Directory Assistance Service shall provide up to two listing requests per call, if available and if requested by Freedom's End User. BellSouth shall provide caller- optional directory assistance call completion service at rates set forth in BellSouth's General Subscriber Services Tariff to one of the provided listings.

  • Tuition Assistance Bargaining unit employees can enroll in university or college, vocational technical school or extension courses. The course may be by correspondence or attendance at classes during non-working hours or during working hours with approval of the Agency Head and/or his/her Designee. Where practicable, in relation to work requirements, the Employer shall be liberal with the approval of requests for accrued/unused vacation leave, flex-time scheduling, compensatory time, or leave without pay for the purpose of enabling employees to attend classes conducted during an employee's regularly scheduled work hours.
