Stage I - Assistant Superintendent of Schools. If the grievance is not resolved informally, it shall be reduced to writing and presented to the Assistant Superintendent of Schools within ten (10) work days or less after the oral complaint is presented. The Assistant Superintendent of Schools shall render a decision thereon, in writing, and present it to the unit member, their representative and the association within ten (10) working days.
