Wage Scale The wages shown in Appendix A will be part of this Agreement.
Wage Scales 27.1 Upon request, with reasonable notice, the City will provide an accurate amount of the individual employee's accumulated sick leave, holiday and vacation credits.
Standard Workweek Except as noted below the standard workweek for full-time employees consists of five (5) consecutive eight (8) hour days, Monday through Friday each week. Non-overtime hours and starting and quitting times for such employees shall be the same throughout the standard workweek. The standard workweek does not apply to the following:
Standard Work Week The standard work week shall be thirty-five (35) hours and is composed of five (5) consecutive standard work days.
Standard Work Day The standard work day for non-shift employees shall be seven (7) hours exclusive of the meal period.
Supported Wage System 23.1 This clause defines the conditions which will apply to employees who because of the effects of a disability are eligible for a supported wage under the terms of this agreement/award. In the context of this clause, the following definitions will apply:

Basic Workweek The basic workweek for full-time employees shall be forty (40) hours, consisting of five (5) eight (8) hour days. Standard Samples Bid Specifications may indicate that the Product to be purchased must be equal to a standard sample on display in a place designated by the Commissioner and such sample will be made available to the Bidder for examination prior to the opening date. Failure by the Bidder to examine such sample shall not entitle the Bidder to any relief from the conditions imposed by the Bid Specifications.
Procurement Plan 8. The Borrower shall update the Procurement Plan as needed throughout implementation of the Project, and on each anniversary of the Effective Date, the Borrower shall in consultation with ADB determine whether the Procurement Plan needs to be updated. The Borrower shall implement the Procurement Plan in the manner in which it has been approved by ADB.
