Fire Rescue shall provide quality transfusion services (including proper storing, handling, and controlling of blood components) to its patients in accordance with the Standards and consistent with the standard of care for patients. Fire Rescue agrees that LifeSouth shall have the right to audit blood storage areas, records, and documents (and retain copies of such documents if requested) maintained by Fire Rescue as reasonably requested during normal business hours.
