Standards of Equity Committee. There shall be an advisory committee composed of representatives from the six categories of personnel affected by this union and the appropriate administrators to establish guidelines and the reallocation of hours (to be based on, among other criteria, student population and workload). Such committee shall submit its recommendations in writing to the Board through the Superintendent and to the Union by April 1st, each year, only if deemed necessary by mutual agreement.
