Common use of Starting Salary on Re-employment Clause in Contracts

Starting Salary on Re-employment. When a previous employee of the Corporation is rehired within one (1) year of the last termination of service, recognition of the employee's previous related experience will be given in deciding the starting salary. Previous experience with the Corporation in, or related to, the particular position for which application is made will also be considered.
