Common use of Starting Salary on Re-employment Clause in Contracts

Starting Salary on Re-employment. When a previous employee of the Employer is rehired within one (1) year of the last termination of service, recognition of the employee's previous related experience will be given in deciding the starting salary. Effective 2004 June 17, previous service with the Employer in/or related to the particular position for which application is made will also be considered. The General Manager, Human Resource Services or designate will decide the appropriate step in the salary range in each case.
