Startup Date. The Actual Startup Date shall be that date, as determined by the Board of Directors, that CALMEC shall have attained capital sufficient for its operations. In the event that the Actual Startup Date is delayed beyond May 1, 1999, CALMEC will begin payment of Xxxxxxxxx'x salary as specified in paragraphs 4 and 5 of this agreement and will continue payment without break for the Term of Employment. Failure of CALMEC to perform in any respect under this paragraph shall constitute the immediate invocation of the Backlicense that is defined in that certain Exclusive Patent License and Assignment Agreement between CALMEC and Employee, which agreement is by reference made a part a part hereof.

Startup Date. For each school year, the start-up date of the School shall be on or about the beginning of the Sponsor's public school calendar for the year, i.e. effective on July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2029. The School shall submit its proposed calendar to the Sponsor by March 1st each year for the following school year.

  • Completion Date The Work under this Contract shall be completed by midnight of the date required in the Contract as the Material Completion and Occupancy Date unless extended by approved requests for extension of time.

  • Purchase and Sale Termination Date The “Purchase and Sale Termination Date” with respect to any Originator shall be the earlier to occur of (a) the date the Purchase Facility is terminated with respect to such Originator pursuant to Section 8.2(a) and (b) the first Payment Date to occur following the day on which such Originator shall have given written notice to the Buyer, the Administrative Agent and each Group Agent at or prior to 10:00 a.m. (New York City time) that such Originator desires to terminate this Agreement.

  • Subsequent Recalculation In the event the Internal Revenue Service adjusts the computation of the Company under Section 5.2 herein so that the Executive did not receive the greatest net benefit, the Company shall reimburse the Executive for the full amount necessary to make the Executive whole, plus a market rate of interest, as determined by the Committee, within 30 days after such adjustment.

  • Start Date The parental leave must begin no later than 52 weeks after the day the child is born or comes into the custody, care and control of the parent for the first time for provincially or federally regulated employees. The parental leave of an employee who takes a pregnancy leave must begin when the pregnancy leave ends unless the child has not yet come into the care and control of the parent for the first time.
