State Board of Education Consent Decree. The School will meet all the requirements of the Consent Decree entered in LULAC, et al. v. State Board of Education and related rules of the State Board of Education in Chapter 6A-6. The School will comply with the Sponsor’s current ELL plan, as approved by the State Board of Education, including the utilization of all forms and documents in both the Sponsor’s current ELL plan, which may be amended from time to time, as well as any district department handbooks, manuals and guidelines used for the process of identifying and classifying ELL students and for the provision of implementation of ESOL services to meet the needs of English Language Learners (XXXx). The School shall be invited to attend the District’s ESOL Contact Meetings. The Sponsor will monitor the School for ELL compliance with applicable federal, state and local policies and procedures.

  • Board of Education a) If the unit member and the Association are not satisfied with the decision at Stage 2, the Grievance Committee will file an appeal in writing with the Board of Education within fifteen (15) school days after receiving the decision at Stage 2. The official grievance record maintained by the Superintendent of Schools shall be available for the use of the Board of Education.

  • Level Three - Board of Education If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his grievance at Level Two, or if no decision has been rendered within ten (10) school days after the presentation of the grievance to the Superintendent, he may file the grievance in writing with the Association within five (5) school days after the decision of Level Two or ten (10) school days after the grievance was presented, whichever is sooner.
