State or Federal Funded Employees. Those employees whose employment with the Employer is funded wholly or partially by temporary State or Federal funded programs may be terminated upon the cessation of such State or Federal funding without regard and without recourse to this Agreement. This section shall not apply to any employee, except as referenced above, who is a regular employee covered by the terms of this Agreement at the time the Employer accepts a State or Federal grant.
