Status of Exchange Students. Each institution shall accept exchange students to the host institution as full-time students who do not aim at obtaining a degree in the host institution.

Status of Exchange Students. Each institution shall normally accept incoming exchange students as non-regular students (i.e. students who do not aim at obtaining a degree or other formal qualification from the host university.)
Status of Exchange Students. Exchange Students participating in this Program are not eligible for academic credit at the Host Institution. During the Program, Exchange Students hosted by ISU shall have the status of trainee and are not to replace ISU staff. An Exchange Student shall not be deemed an employee of ISU while participating in the Program, shall not receive wages or benefits from Host Institution during the Program, including workers’ compensation coverage, and is not entitled to employment with ISU upon the conclusion of the Program. Exchange Students are responsible for their own conduct and are encouraged to obtain professional liability insurance to cover their participation in the Program at ISU. Upon completion of the Program at the Host Institution, Exchange Students must return to the Home Institution.
Status of Exchange Students. 1- Each exchange student will enjoy the same rights and privileges enjoyed by regular students enrolled at the host university, but, they should not aim at obtaining a degree in the host university.
Status of Exchange Students. The status of students nominated by OSU and admitted by International Institution will be that of (“Exchange Student”); the status of students nominated by International Institution and admitted by OSU will be that of “Continuing Education, Non-Degree.” for undergraduate students or “Graduate Non-Degree” for graduate students. (Partners can exchange either equal number of graduate or undergraduate students. The levels should not be mixed).
Status of Exchange Students. During the Program, Exchange Students shall be deemed non-degree students of the Host Institution. Exchange Students must enroll at the Host Institution for the number of courses set forth in Addendum A. Upon completion of the Program at the Host Institution, Exchange Students must return to the Home Institution. Any academic credit earned at the Host Institution shall be transferred back to the Home Institution in accordance with procedures determined by the Home Institution.

  • Diagnosis For a condition to be considered a covered illness or disorder, copies of laboratory tests results, X-rays, or any other report or result of clinical examinations on which the diagnosis was based, are required as part of the positive diagnosis by a physician.

  • Clinical Trials The studies, tests and preclinical and clinical trials conducted by or on behalf of, or sponsored by, the Company, or in which the Company has participated, that are described in the Registration Statement, the Time of Sale Disclosure Package or the Prospectus, or the results of which are referred to in the Registration Statement, the Time of Sale Disclosure Package or the Prospectus, were and, if still pending, are being conducted in all material respects in accordance with protocols, procedures and controls pursuant to, where applicable, accepted professional and scientific standards for products or product candidates comparable to those being developed by the Company and all applicable statutes, rules and regulations of the FDA, the EMEA, Health Canada and other comparable drug and medical device (including diagnostic product) regulatory agencies outside of the United States to which they are subject; the descriptions of the results of such studies, tests and trials contained in the Registration Statement, the Time of Sale Disclosure Package or the Prospectus do not contain any misstatement of a material fact or omit a material fact necessary to make such statements not misleading; the Company has no knowledge of any studies, tests or trials not described in the Disclosure Package and the Prospectus the results of which reasonably call into question in any material respect the results of the studies, tests and trials described in the Registration Statement, the Time of Sale Disclosure Package or Prospectus; and the Company has not received any notices or other correspondence from the FDA, EMEA, Health Canada or any other foreign, state or local governmental body exercising comparable authority or any Institutional Review Board or comparable authority requiring or threatening the termination, suspension or material modification of any studies, tests or preclinical or clinical trials conducted by or on behalf of, or sponsored by, the Company or in which the Company has participated, and, to the Company’s knowledge, there are no reasonable grounds for the same. Except as disclosed in the Registration Statement, the Time of Sale Disclosure Package and the Prospectus, there has not been any violation of law or regulation by the Company in its respective product development efforts, submissions or reports to any regulatory authority that could reasonably be expected to require investigation, corrective action or enforcement action.

  • Clinical 2.1 Provides comprehensive evidence based nursing care to patients including assessment, intervention and evaluation.

  • Professional Study Permanent unit members may apply for professional study leave by outlining in writing the plan that is to be followed and the institution to be attended. In addition, a clear statement must be included in the request indicating the need for educational study and the potential value to the District upon completion of such study.   • Study An application for leave of absence for professional study must be supported by a written statement indicating what study or research is to be undertaken, or, if applicable, what subjects are to be studied and at what institutions.

  • Professional Development Program (a) The parties agree to continue a Professional Development Program for the maintenance and development of the faculty members' professional competence and effectiveness. It is agreed that maintenance of currency of subject knowledge, the improvement of performance of faculty duties, and the maintenance and improvement of professional competence, including instructional skills, are the primary professional development activities of faculty members.

  • Treatment Program Testing The Employer may request or require an employee to undergo drug and alcohol testing if the employee has been referred by the employer for chemical dependency treatment or evaluation or is participating in a chemical dependency treatment program under an employee benefit plan, in which case the employee may be requested or required to undergo drug or alcohol testing without prior notice during the evaluation or treatment period and for a period of up to two years following completion of any prescribed chemical dependency treatment program.

In pursuit of the objectives in Article 149 (Objectives), the Parties will encourage and facilitate, as appropriate, the following activities, including, but not limited to: (a) encouraging dialogue on Traditional Medicine policies and promotion of respective Traditional Medicine; (b) raising awareness of active effects of Traditional Medicine; (c) encouraging exchange of experience in conservation and restoration of Traditional Medicine; (d) encouraging exchange of experience on management, research and development for Traditional Medicine; (e) encouraging cooperation in the Traditional Medicine education field, mainly through training programs and means of communication; (f) having a consultation mechanism between the Parties' Traditional Medicine authorities; (g) encouraging cooperation in Traditional Medicine therapeutic services and products manufacturing; and (h) encouraging cooperation in research in the fields of Traditional Medicine in order to contribute in efficacy and safety assessments of natural resources and products used in health care.

  • Protocol No action to coerce or censor or penalize any negotiation participant shall be made or implied by any other member as a result of participation in the negotiation process.
