Status of trainee. Conditions of supervision he Trainee shall remain a student of the School throughout the entire period of the work placement and will be monitored by the School. The organisation shall appoint an organisation Supervisor who will provide technical supervision and ensure the placement is carried out under optimum conditions in accordance with academic requirements. If the Trainee is required to return to School during the Placement to attend classes or participate in meetings the School should duly inform the organisation of the dates. The Trainee or the organisation supervisor should report any difficulty that arises throughout the period of the placement to CY Tech academic supervisor and the School to be solved as quickly as possible. COMMUNICATION METHODS : Email, phone call, skype conference Article 5 : Discipline The Trainee shall comply with the rules and regulations and code of conduct which will be communicated to him/her by the organisation before the start date of the placement, and in particular with hours of work and organisation health, safety and hygiene guidelines throughout the period of the placement. Only the School can take disciplinary action against the Trainee. Any case of misconduct should be reported by the organisation to the School and supported by evidence. The organisation may terminate the Placement prematurely in case of gross misconduct on the part of the Trainee in compliance with article 9 of the present agreement.
Status of trainee. (1) The trainee shall maintain his/her status of student at the higher education institution throughout the traineeship.
Status of trainee. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the parties acknowledge and agree that this Agreement does not create, and shall not be interpreted to create, an employment relationship between City of Hope and Trainee. City of Hope has no role in Trainee’s clinical decision-making. With regard to clinical decisions and clinical activities, Trainee reports to, and takes direction from, only the Director of the Training Program (“Program Director”) and from Trainee’s supervising teaching physicians (“Supervising Faculty”).
Status of trainee. UQAM will name a person in charge of supervising and optimizing the conditions of the Traineeship. In case of an occupational accident or illness, UQAM’s Traineeship supervisor will inform the Traineeship supervisor from the Institution of Higher Education. During his or her Traineeship at UQAM, the Trainee conserves his or her student status at the Institution of Higher Education. The Trainee will be regularly supervised by the Institution of Higher Education. The Trainee may return to the Institution of Higher Education during the Traineeship to take certain courses explicitly required by the program or to attend meetings, provided the Institution of Higher Education informs UQAM of the dates.
