Statutory Holiday Lieu Pay. (a) Statutory holiday pay for regular employees that work an average of thirty (30) hours or more per week on a continuing basis will be computed on the basis of the number of hours the employee would have worked had there been no statutory holiday, at the regular rate of pay. (b) Regular part time employees who work an average of less than thirty (30) hours per week on a continuing basis shall receive four point four percent (4.4%) of their basic rate of pay on each pay in lieu of statutory holiday pay. (c) For clarification purposes of when a statutory holiday begins and ends, the first shift of the day shall be the shift where the majority of hours are completed before 8:00 a.m.
