Statutory Holiday Lieu Pay. (a) Statutory holiday pay for regular employees that work an average of thirty (30) hours or more per week on a continuing basis will be computed on the basis of the number of hours the employee would have worked had there been no statutory holiday, at the regular rate of pay.
