STATUTORY HOLIDAYS DURING VACATIONS AND LEAVE OF ABSENCE. An employee will be granted one (1) extra day's vacation with pay for each statutory or Company-observed holiday falling in their paid vacation period, or falling within any leave of absence period not exceeding ten (10) working days.
