Step I: Principal/Supervisor. (a) If a teacher who is covered by this Agreement has a grievance, the teacher may discuss the complaint with the principal, where applicable, or with the immediate supervisor.

Level Three - Board of Education If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his grievance at Level Two, or if no decision has been rendered within ten (10) school days after the presentation of the grievance to the Superintendent, he may file the grievance in writing with the Association within five (5) school days after the decision of Level Two or ten (10) school days after the grievance was presented, whichever is sooner. Within five (5) school days after receiving the written grievance, the Association shall refer it to the Board of Education through the Business Administrator/Board Secretary.
Immediate Supervisor The term "immediate supervisor" as used in this Article refers to the appropriate non-bargaining unit supervisory or management person to whom the employee is accountable.

Withdrawal Before Bidding 7.1. Registered E-Bidders, who have completed the 10% deposit payment, are entitled to withdraw from the auction at least one (1) working day before the auction date by 5.00 pm.
Level Three - Superintendent Within ten (10) days of receipt of the decision rendered by the Executive Director of Human Resources, any party in interest may appeal the Director’s decision to the Superintendent, or designee, on forms provided by the School District and the Association. The appeal shall include a copy of the decisions of Level One and Level Two and the grounds for regarding the decision as incorrect. Within ten (10) days after receipt of the appeal, the Superintendent, or designee, shall communicate the decision in writing to all parties in interest. The decision shall include supporting reasons therefor.
ACADEMY OPENING DATE 11) The Academy shall open as a school on 1 April 2011 replacing Xxxxxxx School which shall cease to be maintained by the Local Authority on that date, which date shall be the conversion date within the meaning of the Academies Xxx 0000.

If an aggrieved person is not satisfied with the decision concerning his/her grievance at Level One, he/she may, within three (3) days after the decision is rendered or within eight (8) days after his/her formal presentation, file his/her grievance with the Superintendent.
Labour Management Committee (a) Where the parties mutually agree that there are matters of mutual concern and interest that would be beneficial if discussed at a Labour-Management Committee Meeting during the term of this Agreement, the following shall apply.
JOINT LABOUR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE 18.01 A Joint Labour Management Committee shall be established to attend to those matters which are of mutual interest. To ensure its effectiveness the Committee shall be separate and apart from the grievance procedure.
