Step II: Executive Director. If the employee or the Union is not satisfied with the reply in Step I, the employee or the Union, within twenty-one (21) calendar days of the event giving rise to the grievance, may refer the grievance in writing to the Program Executive. The written grievance shall contain a description of the alleged problem, the date it occurred, the provision in the Agreement allegedly violated and the corrective action the grievant is requesting. A conference between the employee, a union representative, a Union shop xxxxxxx if requested by the employee, and the Program Executive or a designee shall then be held at a mutually agreeable time. The Program Executive or a designee will endeavor to resolve the grievance and shall respond in writing within fifteen (15) calendar days of the meeting with the grievant or the Union.
