STEP II. If the grievant is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance, or if no disposition has been made within the above stated time limits, the grievant and/or the Association shall complete Grievance Report Form, Step II, within ten (10) school days after notification of Step I disposition and submit the grievance to the Superintendent. Within five (5) school days the Superintendent and/or designated representative shall meet with the grievant and/or his Association representative. Within three (3) school days of the meeting, the Superintendent shall indicate in writing the disposition by completing the appropriate portion of Step II and forwarding it to the grievant. The Association and the administrator shall be notified of said disposition.
